Day 1: CALICUT TO WAYANAD (86kms- 2 and half hours)

• Arrive at Kozhikode (Calicut) Airport.
• You are met on arrival and transferred to you car and leave for Wayanad.
• Wayanad is located in the mountains of the Western Ghats in the greener part of north Kerala. this verdant hill station is full of plantations, forests and wildlife.
• Checkin to your beautiful resort tucked away in a lush green magical rainforest with a free-flowing stream.
• Day free to enjoy resort facilities.
• Overnite at Wayanad.

Day 2: Wayanad

• Early morning you may want to take a nature walk with the naturlist at 7am.
• Later breakfast and leave for sightseeing covering Eddakal Caves -this is a huge ancient natural cave that exhibits ancient carvings, paintings and inscriptions dating back to the stone ages.
• Soochipara Waterfalls which if you hike uphill gives a beautiful view of one of the largest natural waterfalls in Wayanad, Boating is possible in Pookot Lake, a natural lake surrounded by hills and meadows.
• Alternatively you can choose to do some adventure sports as ziplining/ canoeing or bamboo rafting on own- hotel will be pleased to guide you for same.
• Later enjoy shopping for some local artefacts and souveniers.
• Overnite Wayanad.

Day 3: Wayanad to Bandipur (91 kms- 2hours)

• Today morning after breakfast you leave for Bandipur.
• Once the private hunting ground of the Maharajas of Mysore, the park also harbors Indian elephants, spotted deer, gaurs (bison), antelopes and numerous other native species.
• Arrive and checkin to your beautiful resort the Serai Bandipur. Bandipur is one of the parks with the best sighting, the expansive grasslands and scrubby forest provide an excellent habitat for the tuskers and this is one of the best places in India for elephant sightings.It is not rare to see entire families of elephants here.
• Later in the afternoon you can take an optional jeep safari into the forest.
• Evening return to resort and spend time with the naturlist.
• Overnite Bandipur

Day 4: Bandipur to Kurumba /Coonoor (79 kms- 2 hours 45 mts)

• Today morning after breakfast you leave for Kurumba Village Resort named after the Kurumbas, a forgotten tribe, the resort is a tribute to the ancient clan that co-existed happily with nature in this hot spot of great bio-diversity.
• Located 25 kms from Ooty the resort is self contained with ample facilities and activities.
• Checkin and day free to enjoy the resort facilities
• Overnite Kurumba.

Day 5: Kurumba – Ooty Sightseeing

• Today morning after a leisurely breakfast you can choose to take the toy train from Coonoor to  Udhagamandalam (Ooty) station , this is an extremely scenic fun filled ride.
• Arrive at the Queen of the Nilgiris and your driver will take you for some sightseeing covering the Dodabetta peak the highest peak in the Nilgiri mountains, visit the beautiful Botanical Gardens, enjoy a boat ride at the scenic Ooty lake where many film shootings have taken place.
• Lunch on own in Ooty and later drive back to Coonoor and sightseeing covering the Lambs Rock, Sims Park and the beautiful tea gardens.
• Enjoy shopping for some souveniers. Evening free to enjoy resort activities
• Overnite Kurumba.

Day 6 Kurumba to Coimbatore airport (65 kms – 1 and half to 2 hours)

• Today morning after breakfast you are dropped to Coimbatore airport for your return flight back.
