DAY 01 : AMRITSAR ARRIVAL

• Today you arrive into the holy city of Amritsar and are met on arrival and transferred to the airport.
• Checkin and later leave for sightseeing covering the Wagah Border retreat ceremony, later in the evening visit Jalianwala Bagh and Golden Temple . Spend some time browsing through the colourful local market with displays of the locally made phulkari work , jootis (traditional footwear) and spices.
• Overnight  Amritsar.

Day 02 :  AMRITSAR TO DALHOUSIE ( 5 hours drive)

• Today checkout and leave for Dalhousie a beautiful hill resort still reminscent of British colonial times overlooking the beautiful mountains.
• Check in to Hotel Grandview Dalhousie and day at leisure to enjoy resort facilties.
• Evening you can visit the Mall
• Overnight  Dalhousie.

Day 03 : Dalhousie

• After breakfast drive to Khajjiar via Bakrota hills, Lakkarmandi, Kala top reach Khajjiar also known as Mini Switzerland . Spend some time around the lake , enjoy a pony ride and lunch on own , later in the evening head back to Dalhousie.
• Overnight Dalhousie

DAY 04 : DALHOUSIE- DHARAMSHALA ( 4 hours drive)

• Today after breakfast you leave for Dharamshala famous as the abode of the Dalai Lama.
• Dharamshala is  the principal township  of the Kangra Valley region and is magnificently set to the background of the Dhauldhar mountains.
• Later leave for sightseeing of  Mcleodganj, Dalai Lama temple, Bhagsu water fall, Naddi. Return to hotel.
• Overnight  Dharamshala.

DAY 05 : DHARAMSHALA-MANALI ( 7-8 hours)

• Today morning after breakfast you leave for Manali .Your drive is via Bilaspur, Mandi and Kullu alongside the awe inspiring Himalayas and the meandering Beas River.
• En route have lunch and visit the Kullu Shawl Factory where you may buy shawls, sweaters and other woolen products.
• Arrive at Manali and checkin to your hotel and evening at leisure
• Overnight Manali.

Day 06 : Manali Local Sightseeing

• Today morning after breakfast proceed for a sightseeing tour covering the ancient Hidimba Temple, where you can enjoy a yak ride and get some photographs in the traditional Himachali outfits, later visit  Manu Mandir, Manali Club House and Vashist Hot Water Springs.
• Lunch on own and you leave for Solang Valley famous for its summer and winter sports. The giant slopes of Solang Valley make it a popular ski resort in winters. Activities and common sports are parachuting, paragliding, skating, zorbing and all are optional. Return to hotel.
• Overnight Manali.

Day 07 : Manali Rohtang Pass on own (51kms)

• Today after an early breakfast you leave for Rohtang Pass – 13450 ft above sea level.
• This place is very popular with trekkers/ bikers and the only place where you can see clearly the snowcapped Himalayas and also touch snow.
• There are a host of adventure activities as riding, skiing, sledging etc available. En route pickup overcoats, gloves and boots ( all optional) . The excursion to Rohtang Pass has to be done on own and you have to take a local taxis as per the prevalent laws in Manali.Return to hotel.
• Evening you can visit the market and numerous Tibetan shops to pickup some local souveniers and mementos.
• Overnight Manali.

DAY 08 : MANALI- SHIMLA  ( 7 hours drive)

• Today morning after breakfast you proceed to Shimla.
• Checkin to your hotel either in main Shimla or in the calm hills away from the hustle & bustle of the main town.
• Evening free to enjoy the resort facilities
• Overnight Shimla

Day 09 : Shimla Sightseeing

• Today morning after breakfast you leave for sightseeing covering Mashobra/ Kufri and main Shimla.
• Enjoy the heady combinations of chill mountain air, orchards and colonial charm. Walk around the mall road which is the lifeline of Shimla and visit the Jakhu /Hanuman Temple, Suicide Point, the Christ Church.
• Evening return to resort
• Overnight Shimla

Day 10 : Shimla – Chandigarh ( 3 and half hours)

• Today after an early breakfast you checkout and drive to Chandigarh.
• Checkin to your hotel and evening visit the famous Rock Gardens, Pinjore Gardens and drive past Sukhna Lake .
• Overnight Chandigarh.

Day 11 :  Chandigarh Departure

• Today morning after a leisurely breakfast, you can drive through the beautifully laid out city of Chandigarh designed by the French architect Le Corbusier.
• Drive through the Capitol Complex and High Court Secretariat, Assembly etc and visit the local markets.
• Later you are dropped off to the airport for your Return flight
