Day 1: Calicut Airport- Wayanad ( 85 kms- 2 and half hours)

• On arrival you are met at Calicut airport and escorted to your car, drive to Lakkidi Wayanad and check-in to your beautiful resort in a lush green magical rainforest with a free flowing stream. Wayanad is located in the mountains of the Western Ghats in the greener part of north Kerala.
• This verdant hill station is full of plantations, forests and wildlife.
• Day free to enjoy resort activities
• Overnight Wayanad.

Day 2: Wayanad

• Early morning you may want to take a nature walk.
• Later breakfast and leave for sightseeing covering Eddakal Caves -this is a huge ancient natural cave that exhibits ancient carvings, paintings and inscriptions dating back to the stone ages.
• It is advisable to reach the caves early as they get crowded with visitors. The timing is 8am-2pm , however please check locally too.
• Boating is possible in Pookote Lake, a natural lake surrounded by hills and meadows.
• Alternatively, you can choose to do some adventure sports as ziplining/ canoeing or bamboo rafting on own.
• Wayanad has a host of adventure activities- hotel will be pleased to guide you for same.
• Later enjoy shopping for some local artefacts and souveniers.
• Overnite Wayanad.

Day 3: Wayanad

• Today after breakfast visit the Banasura dam, Meenmutty Waterfalls and later continue to Soochipara Waterfalls which if you hike uphill gives a beautiful view and is one of the largest natural waterfalls in Wayanad.
• Evening at leisure
• Overnite Wayanad.

Day 4: Wayanad to Calicut (85 kms-2 and half hours)

• Today morning after breakfast you are dropped to Calicut airport for your return flight back.
